CIP Summer Program
Elms College
The Elms College 25-acre campus is located in Chicopee, Massachusetts, a small suburban town about two miles north of downtown Springfield, in the historic Pioneer Valley.
The small, comfortable campus at Elms is at the center of a dynamic region alive with music, clubs, museums and outdoor recreational opportunities.
Amherst, Northhampton and Springfield are in close proximity to Elms College and CIP Summer Program students will take full advantage of all the culture and excitement they offer!
The Elms College campus offers teens with Asperger's, ADD and other learning differences a chance to experience a taste of independence while residing on campus in a college dormatory. Participants are introduced to the skills necessary for success at college including social, academic and independent living skills.
The teen Summer Program at Elms College gives teens with learning differences an introduction to the College Internship Program's comprehensive curriculum, which includes social thinking, executive functioning and organization, person-centered planning, reframing and more.
The nearby junction of Interstate 90, also known as the Mass Pike, and Interstate 91 provides access from all directions and makes travelling from Boston, New York City, and Hartford very easy.

More About Elms College
"We were thrilled with our son's experience. I think he's missing the newly-found independence he developed while at CIP, but definitely has a new boost of confidence. We're really appreciated the quick response to any questions/inquiries we had. The staff was outstanding. Thanks very much."
